What building here is actually like

Visalia and the surrounding Tulare County towns give us the widest mix of work in the territory: dairy processing with continuous loads, distribution centres with large roofs and small loads, and school districts building carports over staff parking.

Dairy is the technically interesting one. Milk cooling, vacuum pumps and wash-down cycles produce a load that runs through the night, so generation alone reaches less of it than a daytime-only operation. Tariff strategy and storage do more of the work here.
