Certification paid
NABCEP, forklift, boom lift, OSHA 30 and first aid, funded and scheduled on work time.
Four day summer weeks
June through August we run four tens on most sites. Bakersfield in July is a good reason to be off the roof by two.
Tools and truck
Company truck for leads and above, tool allowance annually, and we replace what breaks without a form.
Health from day 31
Medical, dental and vision, with the employee premium covered in full.
Work stays local
Four counties. You sleep at home. We do not send crews out of the Valley for weeks at a time.
Openings
Open roles
DC collection, AC tie-in, switchgear and commissioning support on systems from 80 kW to 5 MW. You will run a crew of two to four on site.
What we need
- California C-10 journeyman certification
- Three years commercial PV or industrial electrical
- Comfortable on a roof with fall protection
- Clean driving record
Array layout, yield modelling, single lines, string sizing and the basis of design package. You will own the numbers a client makes a decision on.
What we need
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- PV design software experience
- NEC 690 and 705 familiarity
- EIT or PE preferred, not required
Rule 21 applications, screens, supplemental review, AHJ plan check and the monthly status reporting clients actually read.
What we need
- Experience with utility interconnection or permitting
- Very organised, comfortable chasing queues
- Clear written communication
- Solar experience preferred
Scheduled service across the monitored fleet: thermal scans, IV traces, torque checks, module washing and fault triage.

- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- NABCEP PVIP or willingness to certify
- Willing to travel across four counties
- Comfortable working alone on remote sites
Ballast layout, racking install, module setting and site housekeeping. You set the pace and the quality standard for the crew.

- Able to read a ballast plan
- Forklift and boom lift certification
- Bilingual English and Spanish valued
